Visual Description:The title of the cartoon is "Advances in Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy".  Two therapist stand around a strong-box.  The strong-box has a hole with an arm coming out of it.  The arm holds a steaming cup of tea.  One therapist says to the other therapist: "Do you think we might have taken it a little too far this time."
