My daughters are quite big fans of Strawberry Shortcake, but I'm no longer so sure she's such a great role model. All she ever eats is cake and muffins. Just because a ginormous chocolate cake has a couple of strawberries artfully arranged on top doesn't mean it counts as one of your '5+ a day'.
