Professor Steve La Grow is the Director of Disability and Rehabilitation programmes in the School of Health and Social Services at Massey University. Steve has over 30 years experience in rehabilitation with a specialisation in the needs of those who are blind or visually impaired. His research interests focus on the evaluation of best practice in applied settings in general and the efficacy of interventions designed to promote independence in travel or enhance visual function among visually impaired persons in specific. Professor La Grow is an Executive Member of the New Zealand Rehabilitation Association, Inc.
